We are putting together a fundraiser to help my friend Ang and her family as they go through this rough time, see last post...
Channel 6 news will be airing an interview/story about Tegan Thursday, June 11, at noon. They will discuss our fund raising efforts at that time.
Fund Raiser will be:
June 13, at the Diamond Court Apts in Chubbuck. Every year Diamond Court does a huge garage sale. Anyone who wishes to donate items for sale for the Salce family is welcome to do so. Also, we will be hosting a bake sale, selling bottled water and baby girl/big girl bracelets.
We are also having several items being raffled off...we have had many wonderful items donated from local businesses already and I'll put a list below. So, pretty big stuff, the news will cover the event and I'm trying to get radio stations and the paper involved.
What do I need? More ideas, any connections you all might have to local businesses, personal donations, sponsors, etc. I'm so excited about this, I've never done anything like it before and I'm so grateful to those who have helped so far, we're really pushing to get some big numbers raised for the Salce's. anyway, email me or comment on any ideas, help, or useful tips please!!
