This year has gone by so fast! We have had many ups and downs and can't believe how big our boys have become!
An update on us:
Still looking for a house..
we celebrated our 7th anniversary this year! it's flown by!
happy to have a healthy family
greatful for our jobs and current home
had a BLAST in Cali earlier this year and are planning our next vacation already!
anxious to see what the new year will bring
Dennis:
-is spending a lot of time thinking about what his next move should be with school, getting into law school was a disappointment, but where one door closes another opens, we'll see what this next year holds for his furthering education and career.
-spent lots of time studying for really lame standardized tests..
-playing a lot of basketball (a lot. a whole lot.)--he's the Stake Men's Atheltic Director, and loves his calling to pieces. (he's also the Gospel Principles teacher in our ward)
-turned 30 this year! I think he's just as good lookin as ever-white hairs and all!
-LOVES spending time with the boys and is the BEST dad ever!
Jenn:
-busy with the following:
YW (i'm the 2nd counselor and I LOVE my beehives!)
Work (still work for Dr. Holm as a dental hygienist 20 hours a week)
Home (chasing...always chasing...these crazy boys and never catching up on the messes they make.)
Fundraising (for my friend's 2 year old with cancer, you never know what you can do until you do it-has really taught me a lot and made me a better person.)

CHOCOLATES ( I feel like this is all I've been doing the last little while...)I'm always so glad it's over and vow to not do it again but then the next Christmas season comes along and wham! right back at it as always...those are all chocolates on the table and on the back table piled up on those cookie sheets!!
Austin:

-turned 3 and will be 4 next month
-is growing like a weed, he's so tall and still has huge hands and feet, he changes shoe sizes a little too often for my wallet's liking...
-fully potty trained!!
-loves playing with cars, dinosaurs and animals
-BUSY!!
-Great Grandma thinks he should do track when he's older because he's always running!
-had his first trip to the dentist and did a great job holding still!
-will do anything for a penny ;)
-Loves playing with (and tormenting) his little brother
-is a challenge but also so sweet and snuggly still.
-SO smart! a little too much so for his own good most of the time.
Grayson:

-turned 1
-learned to walk this year
-now RUNS
-loves looking at books
-loves animals, from a distance.
-is starting to talk and can understand most of what we're telling him. he picks up on things fast.
-LOVES to eat! give that kid some food and he's happy
-is just a happy little chubby boy living at our house--he reminds me of the kid on UP.
-has turned from a little baby to a headstrong toddler pretty fast this year!
Anyway, looking forward to a new and exciting year, we have goals to get more fit financially, physically and spiritually.
I'm so greatful for this time of year and how much we are reminded of our Savior's birth and life and sacrifice for us. I hope to become more like him.
We love you all and wish you the best!
Jenn

What did you make all those chocolates for? Is it a business?
