Ladies Day

What a great day yesterday! I went with a few friends to Utah for some Christmas shopping, and it was so much fun, two greats in one, time with friends and spending money! We had such a great time, and can I tell you how much I LOVE Ikea!!!? I got just about everything I wanted except furniture and new dishes, that will have to wait for the next trip. Anyway, I just loved it! Austin stayed home and Grayson braved the trip and did soooo well! He didn't cry at all, he was just an angel.

Last weekend was a lot of fun also, I made a clock, yes MADE a clock, with my sisters in law...it was so fun to spend time together and make a little project that helped beautify my home, I haven't ever worked with vinyl lettering before (gasp), but I thought it was a lot of fun to learn.

Thanks ladies for sticking with me, I know I've been somewhat of a hermit, I'm starting to get to where I can't stand staying cooped up anymore, and I don't have a hard time finding sitters and taking little breaks from Austin. ;) I really appreciate all of your friendships!

Lucky you!! I would love a girly moment. Right now I am all GRRR and VAROOOM and messes and wrestling matches. I know that you know all about life with a little boy. Glad you got some time for the feminine side!!!

What a fun trip! Moms need to get out once in a while. I've been to IKEA once and I loved it and only saw half of it.
